A sculptural console table handcrafted with genuine natural parchment, arranged in a refined geometric composition that highlights the unique tonal variations, markings and translucency of each skin. Every section of the tabletop is individually selected, cut and positioned by hand. The geometric layout is carefully planned before gluing so that the natural shades of ivory, cream, beige and soft blush create a balanced and harmonious pattern across the entire surface.
The art of the parchment layout
The design is not created from printed or synthetic material. Each geometric shape comes from a different section of genuine parchment. Before assembly, the artisan studies the tone, texture, direction and natural characteristics of every piece. The parchment sections are then organized individually to achieve visual continuity while preserving the organic variations of the material. This detailed composition process makes every table completely unique. No two tabletops will ever have exactly the same tones, markings or arrangement.
A meticulous gluing process
Natural parchment is a living and highly responsive material. It reacts to moisture, temperature and variations in the surrounding environment. For this reason, the gluing process requires experience, precision and careful control. Each piece is applied individually using a professional technique developed specifically for parchment. The surface is gradually pressed, checked and adjusted by hand. After the gluing stage, the tabletop receives a carefully applied protective finish that enhances the depth, translucency and natural beauty of the material.
Natural characteristics
Genuine parchment may present: subtle differences in color; natural veins and fiber markings; small tonal clouds; darker or lighter areas; variations in translucency; delicate irregularities originating from the skin. These characteristics are not defects. They are evidence of the authenticity of the material, much like the veins found in marble or natural stone.
Design
The geometric parchment tabletop is combined with elegant X-shaped legs, creating a contemporary piece with a light architectural presence. Its neutral palette allows the console to complement minimalist, contemporary, classical and luxury interiors.

Handmade and made to order
Each console table is handcrafted to order by Cortume Runge, a Brazilian company specializing in natural parchment since 1937. Because every piece is individually produced, slight variations between the photographs and the finished table are expected and make each creation one of a kind.

Warranty: This product has a 3-month warranty, valid exclusively for manufacturing defects (this warranty does not cover damage caused during shipping/transport). Any defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the item must be returned to our company, with return shipping costs covered by the buyer.
